C'est rare que je fasse des tickets pour un problème sur quoi que se soit mais ça va faire 2 jours que je cherche une solution à mon problème et je tourne en rond (surement à cause d'un manque de connaissance de gestion de serveur).
Alors, j'essaye de mettre un place un serveur entre mon ordinateur et mon téléphone (wamp étant installé sur mon ordinateur). Les 2 étant connecté à la même wifi.
Lorsque je fais [IP] sur mon ordi, j'arrive bien à charger la page, cependant lorsque je fais la même adresse depuis mon téléphone ça ne marche pas. Lorsque que je regarde mon log, mon téléphone n'apparait pas (je sais pas si ça devrait l'afficher dès qu'il fait une requête ou si il peut accéder à la page donc je le précise ^^').

Vous ne touchez pas à httpd.conf surtout avec des directives inexistantes ou un joyeux mélange Apache 2.2 et Apache 2.4. Directive Require all accept n'existe pas Alllow from all est pour Apache 2.2
De plus, vous faites des modifiiations qui pourraient permettre à n'importe qui de s'introduire sur votre serveur Donc, si vous ne connaissez pas les implications des modifications que vous effectuez, il ne faut pas les faire ; c'est d'ailleurs bien noté au début du fichier httpd.conf : # Do NOT simply read the instructions in here without understanding # what they do. Remettez le fichier httpd.conf tel qu'il était d'origine après installation.
Vous devez utilisez les VirtualHost : Le BESOIN DE VIRTUALHOST puis vous autorisez l'ip du Smartphone à se connecter sur le VirtualHost.
en décommentant l'include associé mais ça ne changeait rien à mon problème.
P.S : Je sais bien que je donne l'accès à n'importe qui dans cet état, c'est pas réellement un problème à partir du moment où il faut être connecté à la même borne wifi que moi si ?

Votre PC, il est relié à Internet et pas uniquement à votre Wifi.
Si votre PC a l'adresse locale 192.168.0.61 pour accéder à votre VirtualHost local, depuis le Smartphone, dans la barre d'adresse du navigateur, il faut taper : "[192.168.0.61];
Mais, sur la box (ce doit être elle qui génère le Wifi) il faut aussi : - Gestion des ports : redirection des ports 80 et 443 en TCP et UDP - Serveur DHCP : ajouter un « bail » pour le Smartphone, donc associer son adresse MAC avec une adresse IP locale. - Éventuellement autoriser l'adresse MAC dans le filtrage WiFi par adresse MAC.
Justement, c'est en tapant l'adresse IP 192.168.0.61 sur mon téléphone que cela ne marche pas.
Pour la redirection des ports est-ce que le faite que skype marche prouve qu'il sont bien ouvert (car si j'ai bien compris, skype utilise le port 80 et donc peut être aussi le 443 ?).
Est-ce qu'il existe un moyen de rajouter un bail à mon téléphone sans avoir à modifier directement les fichiers de la box ? Etant en stage en entreprise, je pense pas qu'ils me laissent trifouiller leur box, surtout que j'ai quelque notion en réseaux mais elles restent limités (c'était d'ailleurs la raison pour laquelle je laissais tout le monde pouvoir accéder à mon site).
Je comprend pas le dernier point, est-ce que mon wifi-fi pourrait permettre à mon téléphone d'aller sur internet mais l'empêcher d'accéder à un réseaux local ?

Si vous n'avez pas effectué les modifications Skype du point N°03 de CONSEILS DE DÉPANNAGE, vous ne pouvez pas utiliser conjointement Skype et Apache.

Mon téléphone n’apparaît pas dans les logs donc je comprend bien qu'il ne connait pas la virtual box mais je comprend pas du tout pourquoi. Quand je lance les services voici se qui apparait dans le fichier d'erreur d'apache :
J'ai beau regardé mais je vois aucun message qui m'indique qu'il y a eu un problème (il y a marqu" wamp64 au lieu de wamp contrairement à ce qu'il y a marqué en haut pour mes virtuels box, c'est parce que j'ai réinstallé wamp et j'ai juste oublié de mettre wamp au lieu de wamp64) :

Mon skype est pas connecté, je le déconnecte dès que j'utilise apache et il y a bien marqué que le port 80 est libre lors du test mais j'évoquais skype afin de savoir si cela permettait de prouver que le wifi laisse passer les messages du port 80 même en interne.
