can't access to the "good" localhost page

Hi everyone,
I just install Wamp (v 2.5) on my computer (Windows 8), i am trying to do a tutorial on php (see this link but it's in french [fr.openclassrooms.com]) .
The tutorial tells me that when i click left on the winamp icon then click left on localhost mozilla should open on a page with the title "wampserver" (can't post an image here sorry...) but instead mozilla open on a page of Windows in blue, and if i click on this page i'm redirected to another page with the following URL www.iss.net
How can i fix this problem ?
